Аннотация.

В статье рассматривается роль групповой осознанности в системах управления бизнес-процессами на предприятиях, активно использующих информационные технологии. Анализируются результаты соответствующих исследований, отраженные в работах зарубежных авторов. Предлагаются рекомендации, основанные на обзоре и анализе научной литературы. Рассматриваются социально-психологические факторы управления такими предприятиями, обсуждаются результаты исследований.
