Аннотация.

В работе рассмотрены существующие подходы к созданию автоматизированных систем и выявлены их особенности и перспективы использования. Проведен анализ обеспеченности нормативами процессов их создания и развития, который выполнялся на основе отечественной практики (ГОСТы 34-ого комплекса и связанные с ним ГОСТы); зарубежной практики (ГОСТ Р ИСО/МЭК 12207 и связанные с ним ГОСТы) и практики методологии автоматизации интеллектуального труда. Представлено формальное описание процесса функционирования автоматизированных систем по выделенным практикам. Проведено исследование пригодности этих описаний для извлечения знаний из больших объемов неструктурированной текстовой информации.
