Abstract.

The possible ways of automation of business processes of organizations are considered, the technique of an estimation of efficiency of introduction of systems of electronic document management (SEDM) is offered. The peculiarities of using information protection tools and changing the information security policy of an organization in the case of SEDM implementation are studied.
