Аннотация.

В статье рассматривается проблема определения понятия электронный документ при долговременном хранении в программно-аппаратной электронной среде хранения. Определяется необходимость разработки математической модели состава и структура информации для долговременного хранения электронных документов. Определяются характеристики объекта долговременного хранения – электронного документа, которые нужно поддерживать в стабильном состоянии в процессе хранения. Статья предназначена для создания теоретической основы долговременного хранения электронных документов в программно-аппаратной среде.

"Electronic archives: problem a definition of and characteristics of the electronic document as long-term storage object"

Abstract. The problem of the definition of an electronic document for long-term storage in the hardware and software of electronic storage media. The paper identifies the need to develop a mathematical model structure and data structure for long-term storage of electronic documents. Defines the characteristics of long-term storage facility - an electronic document that must be maintained in a stable condition during storage. This article is intended to create a theoretical basis for long-term storage of electronic documents in the software and hardware environment.
